PLACING AN ORDER
To purchase a product or service, it is not necessary to be a User, so the User may purchase without having to register beforehand or, if preferred, may register beforehand and place the order.
The product or products to be contracted will have the following information incorporated:
- Characteristics
- Method of payment
- Price and taxes
- Delivery costs and conditions
- Conditions of validity of the offer, if applicable
There is no minimum order. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Receipt of the acknowledgement of receipt does not imply that the order has been accepted, as it is an offer by the User to make a purchase. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance by IBERIC PREMIUM SL (hereinafter, IBERIC PREMIUM).
IBERIC PREMIUM will confirm acceptance by sending the User an email with confirmation of shipment. Only at this point will the contract between the User and IBERIC PREMIUM be formalized.
Payment approval times vary depending on the payment method. Under no circumstances will IBERIC PREMIUM be responsible for the approval time of your payment.
IBERIC PREMIUM, in accordance with the provisions of article 27.1 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, expressly states that it will archive the electronic document in which the contracting of the Service is recorded, which will be formalized in Spanish.
Once the order has been placed, an invoice will be sent to the contact details provided by the User.
In the event that payment is not accepted for any reason, the User will be informed and the order process will be cancelled and must be re-ordered. IBERIC PREMIUM will not be liable under any circumstances for any consequences that cancellation of the order may have for the User.

DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the User. Home delivery is guaranteed in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders are not sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipments to the Peninsula will take 2 to 4 working days, while shipments to the Balearic Islands will take 3 to 5 working days. In Europe, shipments will vary depending on the destination country; France 4 days and Germany 5 days.
Delivery times will be throughout the business day, delivering from Tuesday to Friday.
IBERIC PREMIUM will provide a tracking number and link to track the order online and make any necessary changes.
Transport logistics are carried out by the company SEUR SA, STANDARD service. IBERIC PREMIUM is not responsible for delivery failures that may be due to the fault or negligence of the courier company in charge of managing it.

PRICES
Prices are shown in Euros. The prices and conditions shown are valid at all times and are valid only while they are visible on the Website during the open session and are limited to available stock. Delivery costs must be added to the price, which are billed at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products, which will be borne by the User.
The rates, taxes or levies that are in force at any given time and must be legally applied will be applied to the set prices.
IBERIC PREMIUM reserves the right to modify product prices at any time, always respecting the current rates for pre-existing orders.
IBERIC PREMIUM reserves the right to apply discounts, discount vouchers or any other promotions for the purchase of its products. The conditions for benefiting from these promotions will be those detailed in each case.
