An exceptional animal

The Iberian pigs from our suppliers are animals from their own farms. This means that they control 100% of everything related to their genetics and breeding, maintaining and highlighting their most special features: intensity, aroma, juiciness and marbling.

Dehesas: hams with all the goodness of nature

Our acorn-fed Iberian hams offer you all the essence of the pasture: a unique place where pigs live outdoors, running freely among the holm and cork oaks, and capturing the best of the acorns in their fat.

The acorn: small, but full of good things

The acorns that the Iberian pig eats in the pasture are the key to everything. They provide a spectacular flavour and aroma, as well as nutrients and unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The result is a fat that melts in your fingers, with a composition similar to olive oil, rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6... and delicious!

Iberian farms: a perfect environment

Our suppliers guarantee the highest levels of welfare for their animals, with some of the most demanding certifications in the sector.
