o   Purpose: To respond to requests for information that the interested party has made by any means regarding the products and services of IBERIC PREMIUM, and to establish and maintain business relationships.

o   Legitimation: Based on the provision of consent to IBERIC PREMIUM, it is authorized to process the data of the interested party provided through the contact request, and in accordance with the legitimate interest for the development and maintenance of commercial relations.

o   Retention periods: the data will be kept until the interested party requests the cancellation or deletion of their data and once deleted, they will be kept for a maximum period of 6 years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible responsibilities arising from the treatment.

o   Legitimation: provision of consent by the interested party to IBERIC PREMIUM for registration in promotional services, and the legitimate interest in developing commercial relations.

o   Retention periods: the data will be kept until the interested party requests the cancellation or deletion of their data and once deleted, they will be kept for a maximum period of 6 years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible responsibilities arising from the treatment.

• CURRICULUM OR EMPLOYMENT: sending the Curriculum through the web or through any means to IBERIC PREMIUM.

o   Data collected: professional area, name, surname, telephone number, email, CV, cover letter and any other personal data associated with the CV or professional profile.

o   Purpose: management of the interested party's candidacy for the published selection processes or for other vacant positions in accordance with their professional profile that may arise in the future within the activities of IBERIC PREMIUM.

o   Data retention periods: the data will be retained until you are awarded a job or until you request that we delete it. Therefore, the data will be retained for the time necessary for the purpose of the processing, and once this has ended, it may be retained for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defence of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

o   Legitimation: provision of consent by the interested party.

o   Recipients: the data provided and derived from the selection process may be transferred to:

– Third-party companies identified by the interested party to request references that may be necessary for the selection of the candidate.

• SERVICES: Data provided for the provision of IBERIC PREMIUM services. The services will be identified at the time of data collection and registration.

o   Data collected: First name, last name, NIF, contact address, home address, email, contact telephone number, and other necessary data according to the registration requested, and which will be exclusively necessary for registration in the IBERIC PREMIUM services.

o   Purpose: to register interested parties for the provision of IBERIC PREMIUM services, and to establish and maintain business relationships.

o   Legitimation: the legal relationship or execution of the service by IBERIC PREMIUM for the indicated services and the legitimate interest for the development of commercial relations.

o   Retention periods: the data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of the processing or until the interested party requests the cancellation or deletion of the same, and once deleted, the data may be kept for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

o   Retention periods: the data will be retained for the time necessary for the purpose of the processing, and once the processing has ended, they will be kept at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the legal periods established for the attention and defense of possible responsibilities arising from the processing.

• CLIENTS/SUPPLIERS: Professional personal data provided by Clients/Suppliers for the provision of services and management of the legal or contractual relationship by IBERIC PREMIUM.

o   Data collected: First name, last name, ID number, professional contact address, email address, contact telephone number.

o   Purpose: management of the contractual relationship of the service.

o   Legitimation: the existing legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service.

o   Retention periods: the data will be retained for the time necessary for the purpose of processing or deletion thereof, and once completed or deleted, they may be retained for a period of six years at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

The interested party knows and expressly accepts that the acceptance of any of the purposes indicated above implies the incorporation of their data into the IBERIC PREMIUM Databases.

There are communications of data to third parties for the provision of third-party services as data processors with whom IBERIC PREMIUM has signed the corresponding Data Processor contracts and verified that they meet sufficient guarantees to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, in such a way that the processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, guaranteeing the protection of the rights of the interested party, even in cases where the service providers are located outside the European Union.
