SELECTED PASTURES AND FARMS
We raise our animals outdoors in the pastures and on farms that respect animal welfare.
Our acorn-fed Iberian pigs grow in the pastures of the Iberian Peninsula: A unique landscape where our pigs live, run, and feed on everything the land has to offer. We also have selected farms that are increasingly sustainable and respectful of animal welfare.
OUR OWN ANIMAL SUPPLY
We feed each pig adequately with acorns or with feeds that we make ourselves.
The acorns from the oak and gall oak, with which the Iberian pig is fed, are a gastronomic treasure that allow the development of a tasty and healthy fat with a composition very similar to virgin olive oil. It is also very important that the animals are fed a diet specifically adapted to each breed and age, all prepared in our own mills.

We prepare our hams in our own drying rooms to produce top-quality meat.
Sea salt, air, and a lot of patience. We dry each ham little by little, preserving it for the time necessary to be able to carry out a prolonged maturation that confers the deep, complex, and intense flavours and aromas characteristic of this gastronomic jewel.
